Thank God for all the great staff in the PoA team. Pray for wisdom, discernment and grace for them as they deal with the many issues that are important in recruiting, preparing and maintaining staff in cross cultural ministry. Frequently issues arise unexpectedly and vital decisions need to be made at short notice, often with limited information. Ask God that staff will be sensitive and obedient to his directions.
