Praying for Unreached Peoples – set apart for global mission!

To say every church member is a missionary has unintended mission drift consequences. Better to say every Christian has a role to play in God’s redemptive plan for the nations. Not everyone is a missionary, just as not everyone is a pastor simply because they attend church. Rather, some are set apart by church leaders to train for and undertake missionary work among unreached peoples across political, cultural, geographic and linguistic barriers. Others are called to local evangelism. Others are given to the ministry of sacrificial giving or extraordinary prayer or constant encouragement, and so on. Thank God for every role! But diluting the meaning of biblical mission risks neglecting those with little opportunity to hear the gospel.

Ask God to raise up more missionary servants to reach unreached peoples.
