Pray for our mobilisers in Australia as they seek to encourage people in the application process. Ask for humility, patience, wisdom and grace for each one as they interact with enquirers and walk with them along the application journey. It can be a long process but it is important that people be well prepared for the ministry that God is calling them to. The application process is an opportunity for each applicant to grow in their experience and knowledge of the Lord.
