Pray for each member learning language. For some it is their focus for a year or more. Others, no matter how long they have been in ministry, have the opportunity to learn more. It is hard ongoing work, especially at the beginning. It is easy to get distracted. So pray for commitment and persistence in learning. Different people learn language in various ways. Ultimately the better the member knows the language the more effective he/she will be in communicating the gospel.
