Thank God that a good number of people are applying to serve with PoA in cross cultural ministry. Ask that God will guide and direct them through each step of the enquiry, application, and acceptance process as appointees, and in leaving for ministry with PI. It is a demanding time, and it requires a lot of faith and prayer as they step into new experiences and trust God to supply their needs of ministry partners, as prayers and financial supporters. Ask that each person will grow into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through this process.
