Today pray for PI teams working in about 100 countries in many language groups. Ask for unity, respect, love, humility and a willingness to forgive. Pray that difficult issues will be resolved peacefully, especially where there are different nationalities on teams. Incorporating new workers into an established team can be a challenge. Pray for grace and understanding as new arrivals adjust to the team while getting used to living in another culture. Ask that the established team members will be understanding and patient with new members.
