Pray for Ethiopia, a nation with a rich Christian heritage and a strong vibrant church. Pray for the volatile political situation that has been brewing for decades and escalated over the past year resulting in the government declaring a state of emergency. Ask that the violence would be stopped and for the protection of innocent citizens as well as homes and businesses. Pray that the church would know how to respond with wisdom, love and compassion during this turbulent time and that it would be a beacon of hope and light in the midst of darkness.
