Pray for those mobilising people to ministry through PoA. Ask God to speak to individuals about their call to cross cultural ministry and then to contact a mobiliser and commence the journey to fulfilling their call. Ask that mobilisers be sensitive to the needs of those considering working with PoA and be used of God to lead them through the application process and any extra training or preparation that is necessary prior to commencing cross cultural ministry
