BULGARIA, GREECE & THE BALKANS
Heavenly Father, we pray that the Protestant churches in Bulgaria would be growing in unity and greater passion for you and that there would be an increasing outward focus to reach the lost; please soften hearts throughout the country to hear and respond to your word.
Greece – “While the Covid-19 virus inflicts fear and “death”, we are praying for a spirit of new beginnings and unprecedented opportunities for the Gospel in Greece and beyond. In July, 34,000 Bibles were distributed in three regions of Greece; pray that God’s word would bring forth life and fruit!” (from Hellenic Ministries with whom PoA members partnering)
The Balkans – Praying for peace amid unrest regarding reintroduced Covid-19 restrictions to prevent the risk of the spread of Covid-19.
Giving thanks for the enthusiasm, obligation, love and for new life that is popping up as many witness to their language communities on line, teaching them and imparting their new faith.
Giving thanks for a young man, who has now indicated he wants to follow Jesus and also news that a local church who work with Roma are preparing 7 people for baptism.
