Ireland – Ballina
- For God’s picture of “church membership” to grip, strengthen and encourage the church so that there’s a diminishing reliance on missionaries and a healthier church long term. This is especially important at the moment as the Meyerink family are about to finish up after more than ten years Ireland.
- For God to raise up Irish leaders – teachers, godly elders and especially young men willing to give their lives to train and serve as pastors here.
- Like many places in the world, Covid has meant restrictions on meeting in person and a shift to online ministry. Pray for the unique opportunities this has opened up, but also for protection from church becoming a product and congregations becoming passive consumers. May this feed a hunger for true fellowship and increase the value we put on the local church.
