UGANDA
The situation in many East African countries is tough, resulting from the economic effects of COVID-19 and related lockdowns. PIOZ has a number of people serving in these areas.
- Sharon is in DRC – pray for her health and for plans for a DTS there
- Rhys and Rhondda are on home assignment – pray for good connections, rest and wisdom for future planning.
- Luke, Beverly and family and Bree are living in Uganda.
- Ask that God will give them wisdom and creativity to know how to love and support their neighbours, the needy and the vulnerable, pointing them to Jesus.
- Ask for wisdom and perseverance from the Lord for them to continue their ministries including relationships in the community, health care, disability support and rehabilitation.
