Orientation is a significant week in the journey of those exploring cross-cultural mission with Pioneers. It’s a time for candidates to engage deeply with who we are – our identity, values, and global mission, and to consider where God might be leading them next. This July, a new group of individuals and families will gather for five days of learning, conversation, and prayer. Some are preparing to go to the field soon. Others are still discerning their next steps. All are seeking God’s direction and open to His call. Would you stand with us in prayer as they take this important step? Please pray for: Clarity and Confirmation – That each participant would hear clearly from God and grow in confidence about their calling. Connection – That strong, encouraging relationships would form between participants and staff, and among the group. Depth and Discernment – For open hearts and minds as they explore the core values and distinctives of Pioneers. Families – That children would feel included, cared for, and excited about what God is doing in the world.
